Full Name: Charlotte Antoinette Richelieu
Username: admin
Age: Seventeen
Personality (3 Paragraph Min.):
Charlotte is a very sensitive girl. Although not always so, she takes things that are said to/about her to heart, even if she doesn't let it show. She's very loving and selfless the majority of the time. She's generally open minded and very trustworthy.
For reasons unknown to her, she's a highly sought after girl. She doesn't find herself to be terribly attractive, or that interesting but people seem to disagree with that. She lived the life of a popular girl when guys wanted her and girls wanted to be her, but now she's more of a loner and has gotten used to being in the background.
She can be very sneaky and manipulative to get what she wants, especially when it comes to a guy. Easily jealous, though she rarely admits it and a bit possessive. When she's in a relationship though, she does it because she feels that it's worth getting hurt in the end (which she believes happens every time). She's been a cheater and she's realized what it can do to people, so now she remains loyal even if her significant other doesn't.
All in all, she's a bit reckless, awful cook, occasionally moody, constantly feisty, best friend you could ever ask for, girl down the street and around the corner.
Blood-Type: Half-Blood
Appearance (2 Paragraph Min.):
If you compared Charlotte Richelieu now, to herself exactly one year ago, no one would be able to recognize that it's the same person. Though the holes are still marked in her body, Char rarely wears her piercings. For the most part she keeps her make up looking natural, but occasionally adopts the cat's eye fad that seems to have grown over the last few years.
Charlotte's face is framed by long blonde locks, which she occasionally dyes a darker brown. Her eyes are a striking blue, bright enough to match the sky on it's brightest day. Though she is petite, standing no taller than five feet four inches and appearing to be no more than skin and bones, she has the strength to defend herself. Her attire and normal style is usually whatever she can afford, find or feel comfortable in. She's rarely seen without a cigarette in her hand. It's become so much of an addiction that she wears it like an accessory. Her actual jewelry consists of bottlecap necklaces, shoelace bracelets and antique sunglasses.

History (2 Paragraph Min.):
Growing up, Charlotte had everything she could ever want. Her family came from wealth and a good name. She lived the life of a goody two-shoes, learning to be a proper young lady until the death of her mother. Char was fifteen when her mother died, her father had passed nine years before. Finally free of the chains of expectation, Char used her inheritance and sixteen years of built up temptation re-introducing herself to the world. She got several tattoos and peircings, indulged in many illegal drugs, and spent most of her time in a state of constant pleasure.
After getting expelled from her first school (Beauxbatons), Char tried two other places before attending Magic University. After nearly two years in England, Char's uncle appeared out of thin air. Along with him, came the government who apparently Char owed a lot of money to. Charlotte left school and friends behind to deal with family matters. When all was said and done, Charlotte was left alone..with no place to call home and not a dime to her name. Char got a job for the first time in her life, somehow ending up in New York City in a run-down apartment with six strangers. All she wants to do is save up enough money so she can get the hell out of America and back to England.

"You got a letter today." It was Brian. He was always trying to strike up casual conversation with Charlotte, but no reply would come from her. When it didn't he spoke again, "Charlotte?" Finally taking her eyes off of the blank wall in front of her, Char turned her head. "Hmmm?" she asked obviously not paying attention the first time he had spoken. "I said you got a letter today," he informed her. It took her a moment to understand this. "A letter?" she asked hating the sound of her own voice.
Unfortunately for Charlotte, she had spent so much time in America that she was already starting to sound like one of them. Even worse was that she couldn't manage it yet, so her words came out in a mixture of brummie and boston. Not a good mix. She couldn't wait to see England again. She didn't care if it rained all the time, or that her friends would be furious with her for leaving them without any warning. She was too much like a ghost now. She needed her life back. For some reason though, Char was already doubting that her life would ever go back to the way it was.
"Where is it?" she asked finally giving a response. None of her roomates really liked to be around her. She killed the mood that each of them overly-enjoyed. Always seeming to be depressed or more or less like a walking corpse. Brian didn't voice his reply, instead his simpy pointed to the coffee table which sat directly in front of Charlotte. She noticed that it was only a few feet away from her face. She didn't bother to feel embarrassed, instead she simply reached for the letter that she didn't care to open.
The second she unfolded it and began reading, her heatbeat began to slow down. By the time she had finished it she felt like her heart had stopped beating altogether. "Well...what does it say?" asked Brian, sounding disappointed already that it might bring good news to the blonde before him. She looked up at him, the first time she had ever looked anyone in the eye in New York. Her reply came in a mixture of shock and relief. "It says I can go home."
